I can't be the only one.

WHERE IS THE FIC?!

I keep rereading the AfterElton review of the episode (which is sweetly positive) and that screencap is at the end and it makes me crave schmoopy how-they-met fic and comedic roleplaying-Wincest fic and futurefic where they're heroes during the apocalypse and OTHER futurefic when the apocalypse goes bigtime and they figure out Sam and Dean are like the next coming of Biblical heroes and start a religious order in their names.

I just ... that picture makes me want fic with them SO BAD.

(I also want Chuck/Becky fic. A LOT. Particularly where Chuck turns into a badass and Becky reels it back when she starts to realize just how serious everything is and they turn out awesome. And then they start writing Supernatural books as a team, just 'cause.)

The one thing I really liked about this episode was the continuity issue. I know, it sounds like a bitchy nitpick, but I actually really liked it.

The last Supernatural book was when Dean went to hell. But the hookman guy asked how the guys missed that Ruby was a manipulative traitor, which we didn't see until AFTER Dean came back.
For some reason, I really enjoyed that part.
And the end scene. I also loved how all the Deans and Sams lowered their voices to much. It was amusing.

She was manipulating him all through season three, too—she strung him along the whole season by telling him she could save Dean, and midseason she told Dean nothing could save him, and end of season she told Sam she couldn't save Dean but he could have if.
