It's entirely possible someone has beaten me with a baseball bat in my sleep. That's how sore I am. The hell? This is getting ridiculous. Six months of working this job and getting used to four twelve-hours worknights in a row and all of a sudden, I'm coming home every night feeling like I just ran two marathons. Why can't I get incredibly sore muscles for a good reason, damn it?

In related news, I really want a good reason why I shouldn't use another personal day tomorrow and just stay the hell home. The closer I get to the end of my shift, the less "I only have two left for the entire YEAR" is really anything remotely close to a good reason. Meanwhile, "You have to finish editing the zombie story" seems like a fabulous reason to take today off, regardless of the fact that I should be done by five easily.

It's also becoming annoyingly evident to me that I am not half as good a trainer as my supervisor seems to think I am, because the first day of training I'm all perky and nice and helpful and the second day I shift right back to anal-retentive mode, where my main attitude turns into, "If you don't let me do every job on this machine including yours so that I know it's done right, I will string you up from the ceiling, shave your head, and dye your skin bright pink as a warning to future trainees. Now, MOVE."

I didn't tape Grey's Anatomy last night. Missing JDM? Bad fangirl! *slaps own hand*

*is now on the lookout for vicious little-leaguers* hmm can't think of a good reason, totally unhelpful I know, and I apologise, but how about, you can squee with your colleagues over SN?
