Five days of debauchery and wicked -- oh, hell, we all know I'm just going to OD on fanfic writing.

I didn't even know until last night at work that Labor Day means I've got a five-day weekend coming up. Not that I can go anywhere or do anything since I've got to save my cash for Winchestercon (YAY!), but still. Five days off. WHEE! I may sprain something.

I'm starting to think that given any cracked-out concept and enough time to think it through, I could give Dean Winchester any secret dorky hobby. Heh.

knitting is very calming. and complicated if you want it to be. :)

Dean would knit thick navy or grey socks, he would have an unfinished scarf in the bottom of his duffle that he was making for Sam, but which drove him nuts with bordom.

dude, if i take this far enough, i could tell you what sort of needles he uses. but this isn't my bunny so that doesn't seem fair.

Also the yarn shop ladies don't trust him an inch, but after a few minutes they LOVE HIM.

Ok i'm writing. (and actually i'm really enjoying it.)

hopefully i'll get it finished and off to a beta (once i can find one) this afternoon. gotta strike while the iron is hot and all that, else it'll just get added to the 'big pile of fic that i really *will* finish one day'(tm).
