Oh, shut it.

One of the girls I work with has this thing where she's afraid of people with one eye covered up.

For Halloween, we're all arranging a secret plan to come to work dressed as pirates.

*snickers*

In other news, if I really feel like getting up off my ass in something like a half hour or so and looking out the window, I'll see a marathon running past. On the other hand, there seems to be a show on the History Channel at the same time called "Adventure of English". I have no idea what it's about, but it sure sounds more appealing than the marathon, that's for sure.

That is truly an awesome plan. As long as she's not like, hysterically crying and going into fits afraid. Although, you know, it'd still be damned funny, I think. :D

Maybe she's just deathly afraid of cyclopses.

(I wish I had a bizarre phobia. It sounds exciting.)

Marathons give you schadenfreude. Language documentaries give you bizarre facts to stun people with at cocktail parties. Which do you want more?

Adventures of English? Sounds like the paper I had to work on, only it was about Portuguese, or more specifically, the origins of the language and how it developed around the world... I'm glad it's over.

*laughs* I wanna hear about her reaction!

Runners in short shorts or possibly fun stuff on telly (that requires no movement)... ummm, huh. Eh, you can always google pictures of runners in short shorts, but you can't always google a learning experience. *nods*

I'm going to be a pirate for Halloween, too! :) Not, admittedly, in order to frighten anyone. Which is unfortunate.

It's mean, the pirate plan. I like it.
