Why don't I have a sandwich right now?

That needs to be rectified immediately.

In other news, TV!

Oh, thank God. If I had to see Peter pulling anymore "Let's lie about your handicap!" bullshit, I was going to throw things at my television screen. And I was soooo freaking glad to see that Bathmat Breakup, particularly on Sarah's end. I absolutely adore the fact that she basically said, "I'd keep dating him, but he's an asshole." HEE. Yes, he certainly is.

The Cho brothers ... man, I know they're nice guys and everything, but I don't know what the hell their strategy entails. Haven't these guys ever played chess or a video game or anything? Every time they try to trick the other teams, it either comes off as dumb or ends with them in last place.

The Alabama girls continue to bug me, especially that crap they tried to pull by telling that guy not to give the beauty queens any help. Dude, you got your information. Get in the car and go instead of starting an international incident. Sheesh.

I still heart Dave and Mary, even if they can be shrill at times. Considering the teams we've seen in the past, "a little shrill" is something I prefer.

*****

Oh, Hiro and his little face. *smooshes him* "Vote Petrelli!" Oh, my God, I want to KEEP him.

Oh, Nathan and his little ABDOMINAL MUSCLES. *sexes Adrian Pasdar up something fierce* Yeah, somewhere between the pajamas and the flying ... oh, so much grabbyhands. And he made a sonic boom! Dude, I seriously need to write Nathan flying fic. It's like a desperate urge. Because his feelings about flying are so different from movieverse Warren's feelings about flying, and it's flying. And I know he can be slimy like only a politician can, but it's like the sexiest best kind of slimy there is.

Not much Mohinder (damn) and the Claire that was there was okay, but Claire's daddy. EEEE. I know there's that rumor that maybe he's not bad, he's just good but creepy, and I really hope that's the truth. I really kind of want him to turn out to be on the side of the Heroes, but just really, really bad at it. Heh.

I like Niki. There, I said it. I mean, okay, I really wish we'd get a fucking explanation of her powers that couldn't be interchanged with "multiple personality disorder", but I like her. She's just trying, damn it, and maybe she's not making the right decisions all the time. Maybe she's being blackmailed and has a criminal husband, but hey, at least her kid loves her. (And Ando. HEEEE. For the record, I am not allowed to ship Niki and Ando, although I am allowed to ship Niki and Nathan and let Ando be their next-door neighbor who spends a lot of time watering his lawn and waves to them as they leave for City Hall and Cam Whore Studios in the morning.)

Peter needs to get a haircut. Or a rubber band. I know they're called bangs, sweetie, but that's not because they're supposed to slam into your chin repeatedly over the course of the day.

Okay, seriously. I really hope that Isaac takes Peter's use of his powers without heroin as a sign that maybe he can do it without the drugs. I like Isaac, too, and the scenes of he and Peter working together made me like them both a lot.

Oh, Matt. All the things in the world you could do with telepathy and you use it to get your wife back? That's so cute. A little creepy, but still. Please don't go nuts and shoot everybody.

And now, I'm off to watch Torchwood. You know, after I get me a sandwich. Mmmm.

I really liked the fact that an Alabama and a Beauty Queen were standing around during the ladder challenge bitching about Peter having Sarah do it. I mean, yeah, she can, but come on, she's got one leg and the prosthetic has a blown knee. You'd think you'd take the climbing and swimming challenges and let her take the ones on flat land.

The BQ can argue all they want about personality, but we're down to six teams and I still can't tell them apart.

I'm really hoping it comes down to the Chos, Kentucky and Tyler and James. The Chos are awesome people (questionable racers, but still), David and Mary are (I think) enjoying the experience the most, and Tyler and James are ... well, Tyler and James. :)
