I know! I was all set to watch it until that commercial came out, and then had no desire to watch it. It was only by accident that I turned it on last night and decided to keep watching. Granted, there *are* stereotypes, of course. But I think they're balanced out pretty well with some really nice "hey look, average joe who happens to also be gay" types.
