Well, technically speaking, they do already issue death certificates for fetal demise after some cutoff of gestational age. I don't know if it's 12 weeks or 20 weeks or what, but we get fetal demise certificates pretty often for the docs at work to fill out. But those are for stillborns and miscarriages. And they're probably only for the families that plan some sort of funeral/burial/cremation for the fetus. But yeah, doing it for all abortions? That's a complete and utter violation of privacy.
