Duuuude. I was just linked to it and had to read through it twice to get all the love. This is awesome and super-original. I love how desperate and crazy Sam is even though he seems pretty settled. I love the mystery around Martin and that I don't quite trust him.

They’d been half-brothers, Martin Smith and John Wesson, because the joke isn’t funny without the goddamn punch line.
This made me laugh and hurt a little at the same time.
