YAY!

OHMIGOD I THINK I GOT A GOOD TECH SUPPORT GUY ON THE PHONE. \O/

The only downside is he's got a really thick Indian accent and I suck with accents over the phone. But whatever! Dean Jr. is doing something other than beeping at me! WOOT!
