I don't know how Borders pays up north, but where I was (North Carolina) the pay was pretty shitty. (They started employees at 7.00 an hour-- NC's minimum wage only this year went up to 6.50... from 5.50. I think things are better where you are, however.) It was a really fun job, though-- I was pretty sad to leave, all things considered, because the people were wonderful, too. I hope it works out for you!
