And, on another point, was Ted Allen right to apologize in his blog for saying that Sara and Casey were bitching about nothing for having to cook in high heels.
(For me, the top wouldn't have bothered me as much as the heels. Dancing is one thing, because you can always take a break, but I would hate to have to manoeuvre around a tiny kitchen in clubbing heels. Also, I wanted to smack all the blog commenters who suggested just taking the shoes off. Um, that's generally not a good idea in a place where people are moving around quickly, brandishing knives and heavy things and frying stuff that will splatter grease.)
