Woohoo!

Guess who finally got a case manager at Compaq to get her laptop repairs set up?

THIS BITCH RIGHT HERE. \o/

And I got an extended year's warranty out of the deal. And the girl who hooked me up was really courteous and helpful, almost leading me to ask, "Are you SURE you work for Compaq?"
