My cat does this without fail when I'm down for push-ups and sit-ups.

He's just also fifteen pounds.

When I get to the point where I can snuggle him WHILE doing my sit-ups, it is going to fuck his shit UP. "AAAAH MOMMY MOMMY WHERE ARE WE GOING AAAAAAAAH I'M SO CONFUSED AAAAAH"
