So ever since I posted the last past of the Bitchwatch I've been wound up and agitated and depressed and even a little angry, which is not exactly the best frame of mind with which to write silly crackfic. So I made myself some beef chow mein and I started nursing an amaretto and Pepsi and I watched the sex scene from Shelter again, but I was still really goddamn wound up.

And then I stumbled onto this clip of the ESPN coverage of the softball game where the girls from the opposing team carried the injured home run hitter around the bases and I bawled like my icon and now I feel MUCH better.

God, I really fucking needed to watch that.

EDIT: You know what else would make me happy? A steampunk AU of Supernatural, just 'cause.

That video made me sob when I saw it the other day. And I NEVER CRY. Never. And I was sitting there, tears streaming down my face.

It's almost enough to make up for all the FAIL I've seen in fandom lately.

Also, a steampunk AU would be very interesting.
