SO IT IS A PLOY FOR MORE TIME.
argh!
Because, okay! He can pretend he's all about doing his senatorial duties during this time, but why on earth suspend the VP debates?? Is he worried that he'll need Biden on the floor of the senate?? I DOUBT IT. What a tool. Seriously.
