Aspirin, lots of water to fight dehydration, caffiene (to open the blood vessels), steam (also to help open you up), Two Benadryl Allergy/Sinus/Headache to knock you out so hard you don't wake up. =\

Word to all of those. Having a lie-down in a dark, quiet place is helpful, too, whether or not you go for the Benadryl "solution".
