Found out what the catch is for tonight's Top Chef Masters.

Zooey Deschanel's allergic to gluten, dairy and eggs. So I'm guessing that's what the chefs won't be able to use.

Let's see...rice, lentils, potatoes, most vegetables, fruits, rice flour. They can make a vegan chili, minestrone (with gluten-free pasta)...
