Okay, seriously, I need a bit of help.

Can one of you recommend a decent, easy-to-use and free GIF animator that's not going to ask me to change all of my image file types or resize anything before I even attempt to turn them into an animated GIF? I used to have a great one that worked like a charm, but I can't remember the name of it to save my life.
