• I had trouble getting the EPUB version to upload to Lulu, so if anybody specifically needs the EPUB version, I have no problem going the Paypal/email attachment route.

You can do a paypal button or link for the amount you want for the Epub version - it'd get you more spontaneous buyers.

sorry, I mean first a) YAY CONGRATS! and then b) I would have to log out of a work paypal, dig up my credit card number for my husband's paypal etc etc, which I will do later, but a direct quick link would make it easier for people going hmm, $3.99 for a scrumptious huge gorgeous book, yes pls.
