(no subject)

I have my ticket for the 12:30 showing of PoA on Saturday. Life is good. :)

Must now go pretend I'm a real writer who's actually writing a real book. Maybe if I keep pretending, I can conjure up a real book deal with only the powers of my mind.

God... if you figure that one out can you please let me know? Maybe you could teach me how to do it too :)

It should be that simple. Forget fighting crime, any persons possessing telepathy should be put to work at publishing houses and find desperate people like us who really really want book deals.

fake it 'til you make it, or publish it as the case may be.

As always, good luck!

Hey, if you manage to get one for yourself, can you share the secret with the rest of us?

Good luck in hoping you can will a book deal. Why don't you wish for a fairy godmother too, while you're at it? /grin/

Otherwise, application of pants to chair, fingers to keyboard and actual sending of manuscript to agents/editors still seems to be the only way to get a real, honest-to-goodness, printed on paper book.

And you know I'm in that mass of folks doing all of the above. /heavy sigh/

Hoping for her own little miracle,
T
