Yep, that's pretty much the unsupported fear that keeps it from happening. And I've said it before - why do people think it'll change NOW? It's been struck down (on smaller scales) in the past without a second thought. I'm not sure why they think the present candidate are any different.

But we can all hope and dream, right?
