On the other hand - and I'm not completely thrilled with Kerry either - the issue there that I see is that the Dems are going to have no chance whatsoever if they run someone more liberal than Kerry. He's very, very conservative, and unfortunately in a country as polarised as this one has been, according to the last two election years, conservative of one sort or another is what the country wants to see. It doesn't make me happy, but then again, I don't think I've ever voted for a candidate I fully agree with. When the "choice" is between Bush and Slightly Less Bush, though, I'll take Slightly Less Bush. It makes me hope that we can elect someone more liberal in eight years.
