Also, I finished a chapter! Yay! Yes, I skip around, and you can tell because that chapter I finished was the last one. Hey, whatever works, right? ;)

EDIT: Got another 400 or so words done at Starbucks before work (woohoo!). I really hope I can get both of these stories finished by the end of the year. And that third story idea I had the other day has turned into an actual novel in my head. I think it's going to end up being The Vampires of Vandling, because I want to play with the whole vampire slaying cliche.

These characters want me to write a book series about them. HELP ME. Okay, so maybe don't help me. :)) (One character in particular wants me to write an entire book about him. Which, okay, he's self-centered, so it's understandable, and he's fun, so it'd be worth it, but he's also not Sean, so he's screwed. *g*)

Well, somewhere between work and the election, I haven't had as much writing time as I would like. (Although I did stop at Borders before work and got some more writing in, so now I'm about at 7k.) I'm hoping I'll hit 25k by Sunday night, and hey, if I got halfway done with the 50k in a week, I'd be thrilled.

And as long as I get both The Monsters of Minooka and The Walking Dead of Wilkes-Barre done by the end of the year, I'll be happy, since I desperately want to get both of them published. (And then start the third story, which is probably going to be The Vampires of Vandling. These characters are BEGGING for a series.)

If you do get published I'm certainly buying them.

I'm so confused as to how quickly I'm working through the wordcount. The story's just starting, if I keep up at this pace I'll clear 50k with no problem. Maybe I'll actually get some of my massive projects of doom done. o____o
