(no subject)

I tried to watch both reruns of The Office tonight and ended up having them interrupted three times with storm warnings. Oh, for crying out loud. (The booze cruise episode, particularly the ending, makes me like Michael far more than I probably should.)

And I just got off the phone with my brother. Apparently, the only reason I don't have a surly twenty-year-old staying at my apartment right now is because when Bryan suddenly packed up his crap last night and left the house (yeah, I know), he didn't know if I was working or not. So instead he spent the night at a friend's house and drove home this morning. Oh, this whole situation is just getting to be LOADS of fun.

Did I mention the other day that I kind of hate you?

I've never seen an episode of The Office, yet, I watched the whole Pam/Jim story vids that you posted the other day.

Now I have a new show that I have to watch. It was awesome and I'm kind of in love with them. I don't need another show, damn you.:)

*cackles maniacally* I'm evil like that. :)

Hee, yes, totally evil.

My brother, who is 18, just moved out as well. It's not fun. You have my sympathy.

Wheee! My family went through something similar (though I was living in another state at the time, and my brother and I aren't as close as you and yours.) Fun, fun, fun. (You know, in the way that's not.) The best thing for all concerned is for him to get his own place as soon as may be. I can't remember if he's in college or not, but perhaps he could pick up some roommates for this last year?

I firmly believe that situations like that are nature's way of kicking the human birdies out of the nest. ;)
