I wonder what my melting point is. And if I should have an ice cube tray handy.

I'm going to be a puddle by the end of the night.

And a quivering one at that, once the new Project Runway airs.

But -- BUT -- I've gotten a thousand words done on my [livejournal.com profile] spn_flashback prompt done already, and I can pretty much guarantee I'll get it done by the time I go to work tomorrow. Just ... the image of Dean in home economics class. HONESTLY.

The downside? Thinking about home ec this much is making me want to cross-stitch again. You know, just to get the urge out of my system. *sigh*

Talk about weird. At work today I designed a Bah-Humbug pattern to print out and start some Christmas embroideries.

I haven't even cross-stitched since high school. You'd think I'd be fighting the urge to sew again with all the Project Runway I've been watching, but nooooo. It probably helps that I don't need to buy a new sewing machine to cross-stitch.

I do hand embroidery the way my grandmother taught me. That way I can sit on my butt and watch TV while I do it. Pulling out the machine feels like cheating to me (and not something I can do with a couple of spare minutes) and counting the squares for cross-stitch makes me panic in case I've miss counted.

OMG I am all a-quiver for PR!

Also... Dean in home ec? CLASSIC.

BUT!

I'm thinking of a word.
It starts with "s."

It ends with "ynopsis." *pointed look*

I know! I'm working on it, I swear! *whimpers* Now that I don't have the desktop frustrating the hell out of me, it's coming. You know, when I'm not stressing myself out over it trying to be all perfectionist.

PR's going to KILL me. *flails*

No, no! Cross-stitch, it's like crack. First it's just a teeny little Christmas ornament. Next thing you know, you'll be getting overuse injuries on your typing arm.
