This may make me dig out my screenwriting program.

I've been thinking since seeing Snakes on a Plane about the kind of things I really want to see and never do in a disaster movie. I, er, may be writing a list and trying to come up with a plot, but don't quote me on it.

According to the IMDb, Snakes on a Plane is actually getting positive reviews from movie critics for being fabulous cheesy entertainment. Now, that's kind of cool.

I don't have any icons with snakes in 'em, so I have to keep using Kermit. Heh.

"OK... nuclear reactor malfunction, earthquake, and the malfunction causes a herd of flying carniverous wildebeest. Oh, and Jennifer Lopez as the governor, and she's the first one to be eaten."

That's my kind of disaster movie :)

I just came back from seeing it, and it's actually, surprising, pretty darn good. I don't want to say "awesome," but it was pretty close.
