Is it nine o'clock yet?!

*spazzes*

While I'm waiting, mostly I just came out of this episode wanting to smack Parker. Whom I like, but seriously, woman, if the frat is innocent, STOP WASTING YOUR ANGER ON THEM. So they're pigs. If they're innocent pigs, what's the point of having a bitchfest over them? It's a misdirection and it draws attention away from looking for the person who actually did it. Veronica's right -- the guilty party should pay, and the frat's not guilty. (So far, anyway. God only knows what'll happen with this show.)

On a purely superficial note, apparently a combination of righteous anger and rooming with Mac makes your hair grow really, really fast.

As for Logan ... awwwww. He's got a little less bite this season, but I still love him. Poor baby. You could tell just watching him during that dinner that he really wants that kind of a family relationship, and now he might have ruined it. Aw. *hugs him* (And kudos to the casting director, because the guy who's playing Charlie does look a lot like Jason Dohring.)

I cannot even begin to describe my Dick love. He wiped his feet before he went into the Mars residence! Veronica told him to leave and he ran out the door! He's like the dicksmack version of Hiro in that I have the exact same reaction to both characters and yet Dick is just a complete idiot.

On a SPN note

I saw "Ode to a Bitchface" at Winchestercon sitting next to [livejournal.com profile] monkiedude. I win! :)

You win all the Winchesters. AND! A llama.

I think Parker's supposed to be wearing a wig. :P

Thankfully it's not that awful one her mom picked out!

[identity profile] apocalypsos.livejournal.com 2006-10-27 12:31 am (UTC)(link)
The problem is that they haven't styled her hair to look like it's a wig, so then I sit there and go, "Damn, I've been trying to grow my hair that long for years and she does it in a few weeks? Neat trick!" Heh. ;P

It is kind of a too-perfect bottle-blonde color, though.

If it helps, I know a girl who wears a wig and if I didn't know, I'd absolutely never guess.

But it would have been much better if we had seen her trying on these fantastically realistic wigs so at least we could pretend :)

I figured once she got out from under Mummy's pointy-heeled boot, she got the other wig she mentioned in the scene we did see. I figured her mom was making her get a deliberately hideous one because she's manipulative and undermining like that.

Oh, yes, that's what I saw too.

But, I wish that they had her mom get her one that was hideous without looking so fake. Or had her try on a good one and a bad one and had her mom pushing for the bad one. Because it does end up looking sloppy that suddenly this week she's got fantastic hair after they focused on it before, even when it makes perfect sense.

actually i think Parker's hair is just an AMAZING wig...

and YES DICK IS LOVE.

wow. that sounded a lot less dirty in my head..

I forgave Parker her bitchiness because...well, she was recently raped, and she was clearly a sheltered child before college. If she doesn't start developing the emotional tools to deal with things eventually, though, I'll be mad.

Heck, I wear a wig every now and then and no one ever knows. What I want to know is how she gets it to sit so right without any hair underneath to clip it onto.

It was still a wig, wasn't it???

I got distracted by the Gilmore Girls-Logan. Mmmm Matt C. (I won't even try)

Yes. I was so bummed that he wasn't really the brother because I wanted him as a semi-regular piece of scenery. Has anyone written Logan/Logan yet?
