It's just like those dotted paths in Family Circus, really.

I started out at my apartment but I couldn't write there because I certainly haven't been able to the last few days. Why start now?

Then I went to my parents' house and couldn't write there because they have no booze and my mom was there decorating the tree.

And now I'm at Panera waiting to see if my brother will actually show up after work. And if he does, it'll probably be the end of me attempting to write anything here because he'll want to talk and eat and stuff. (He's never been here before, so I figured I'd leave him a message and see if I could entice him to come while he's still down in Scranton.)

Let's see how well this works out. *cracks knuckles*

Also, my mom gave me my Christmas card from my grandfather and it had fifty bucks in it. Oh, thank GOD. There's gas in my car for two straight weeks and grocery shopping later on. \o/

It's been a long time since I wrote at home. I can type things from notebooks, but the first drafts are almost always written at Chick fil A.

It's nice to know I'm not the only one with a 'writing at home' block. :)

Money's lovely, isn't it?
