Dude, if SPN's chances weren't "OMG NOT GOOD", Kristen wouldn't have anything to flap her lips about. She's the media, y'all, not your best buddy.

No one says she has to be anybody's best friend but if she's going to be in the media -- especially someone who's supposed to give you spoilers -- "honest" might be something she might want to look into. When half of the stuff she gives out is foilers and the other half is stuff people have already given out, that's not good.

I'm not saying she may not be right, but the information she gives out is notoriously neither reliable or up-to-date. Yes, she's media but she's terrible at it. Personally I actually kind of like her -- professionally I wouldn't listen to a word she says even if she told me the sky were blue.

And I don't think Supernatural's chances are brilliant, per se, but I don't think they're apocalyptic, either. Years of watching every show I like get canceled isn't giving me a ridiculous sense of impending doom with SPN that I usually get right before I lose my babies. :)

I should have changed 'media' to 'entertainment media'--my point was that her type of media is notoriously unreliable. They don't deal in facts as much as just...well, entertainment, and it's easy to shrug and say "whoopsie!" later, when you've been proven wrong.

That being said, yes, she is pretty bad at her job.
