The Hills star Spencer Pratt has hit out at Mary-kate Olsen - after she joked about his temperamental days on the high school football field on a U.S. TV chatshow.

Olsen laughed about the reality TV star's bad temper when they were classmates while chatting to U.S. talkshow king David Letterman, saying: "He used to play on the soccer team for my high school and he does not have a good temper."

But Pratt was left fuming by the live TV remarks, bitterly telling reporters he knows he has made it in Hollywood now a "famous troll" has commented on him.

And he further lashed out at the 22-year-old actress - insisting he forgives her as she has endured a "tough" life as the less attractive twin - comparing her to her sister Ashley.

"(Mary-Kate) should probably focus more on not getting dressed in the dark than on me. I forgive her, though. She's had to go through life as the less cute twin, which must be tough."

Yeah, that's it, Spencer. Prove her right. Be an even BIGGER douchebag than normal.

For the record, I find this reaction funny, as I have never watched The Hills and wouldn't if you paid me, and most of my vehement hate-on for Spencer comes from the girls at Go Fug Yourself.

Can you picture the handful of jocks standing nearby Spencer during that last bit who are there to shout, "Ooo, BURN, bro!" before exchanging backslaps and high-fives? 'Cause it's THAT level of comeback.

And you gotta love that his response to her remarking on his temper is for him to go full-force right at her looks. Fucking classy.

If I had their money, I'd just point and laugh behind Spencer's back, because who cares what he thinks? And for having been in showbiz since they were six months old, the Olsens are considerably less messed up than some other celebrities.

My friend Megan went to high school with the Olsens in Hollywood, and she lost her virginity to Spencer Pratt and then he "BORROWED" her car and CRASHED IT. I feel so bad for her because we all have sick addictions to The Hills and she's constantly reminded of how she was a REALLY DUMB FIFTEEN YEAR-OLD.

Also, Spencer sold a bunch of pictures of the Olsens to the tabloids when he was like nineteen. He fails the universe. It's too bad he's so wildly entertaininggg.
