BLARGH.

I swear to God, I just woke up. Damn it. Every time I have all these great plans of getting up early and getting shit done, nothing comes of it. *sigh*

Anyway, I'm still trying to decide if I'm going to watch the VP debates tonight or if I'm going to watch SPN. On one hand, I really do want to see just how the debate is going to turn out. On the other hand, both of them (especially Palin) hit my embarrassment squick harder than any episode of The Office ever has, which is saying something. And no, the fact that Sam's only going to be in tonight's SPN for not even a minute isn't a turn-off. I'm sure if Jared didn't have reshoots for something else to work on, Sam would be in more of it, and it's not like there's not a more Sam-focused episode coming up anyway. It's not worth sobbing into a pillow and proclaiming the end of the show over, for Pete's sake.

Also, after careful introspection, I hate Kenley more than I have hated any other Project Runway contestant. Including Wendy Pepper. And including Jeffrey, even though he was mean to Angela's mom. I just wanted them to go away. I want Kenley set on fire. It takes enormous balls to whine about having to fight for everything in your life when you're a spoiled twenty-two-year-old standing next to an African war refugee.

I'm going to wait and watch the Tina Fey version on SNL. :)

Maybe by "fight" she means "temper tantrum"?

You just summed it up better than I ever could.

Just because I think you might love this--I think you'd like Maureen Johnson's sense of humor, and it's a great site overall (Judy Blume blogging about why she's voting for Obama, how is that not awesome?)--the YA for Obama site is going to feature Maureen and others liveblogging the debate. I won't be able to watch it live--and I'd probably have to watch between my fingers anyway--but I know I'll be reading the transcript.

I would watch SPN to support the show and then watch the debates online. You'll still be able to watch part of the debate live and you'll be supporting SPN! :)

I'm watching the debate. I couldn't watch the last one, so I never got a chance to see it commentary-free.

I didn't even think of that. Now I hate her even more. She almost deserves the C -word.
