Ugh. For some ungodly reason, I took a Stacker at work today. One of the supervisors has a little bottle of them he keeps in his desk, and everybody's always hijacking them off him when they start getting tired. And, uh, I took one. Which I may never do again, 'cause, DUDE.

If you don't know what Stackers are, they sell them at gas stations (at least, that's where he gets his) and they're like three Vivarin at once. I took the stupid thing four hours ago and I'm still wired. There are internal organs I didn't even know I had until they started humming. Sheesh.

*sigh* I need to start on the rewrite of my book this weekend. Oh, yes. *drop-kicks writing muse to knock some sense into her*

EDIT: President Bush wants to see "The Passion of the Christ". Well, of course he does. That asshat probably thinks it's about him.

I've taken a Stacker before.

It didn't help.

About the only thing I've ever done for any sort of energy boost was drink two cans of Red Bull back-to-back within the span of about 10 minutes. The boost was short (but at least noticeable), and expensive (at around $2 per can)...
