EDIT: You know, I've seen a lot of "You know you're on Livejournal too much when ..." lately, but I'm surprised that I have yet to see the option, "If you've ever been tempted to say in real life that something 'iz pastede on yay!'" 'Cause, damn it, I can't be the only one.

Welcome to the world of CrystalWank. It's this long, involved fandom_wank (as in 10,000+ comments, last I checked) in which some girl claimed she'd taken photos of Dominic Monaghan and Billy Boyd, and drawn sketchs, but they were all very obviously manipulated press shots. Someone started "My hed iz pastde on, yay!" as a joke referring to her less-than-stellar photoshop skills, and it's caught on like no other.
