Bush Defends Plan to Ease Pollution Rules

MONROE, Mich. - President Bush (news - web sites) defended his proposal to ease industrial pollution rules Monday, saying the regulations would fight dirty air while keeping electricity flowing and Americans working.

See, this is kind of like when you crack open a fortune cookie and you have to put "in bed" at the end, but here you crack open the news link and have to put "to breathe" at the end.

The way i heard it was that the power companies are unable to modernize as efficently, because of govermental rules. They have to do a little dirty work to get things close to tech from this year.

Anywho, it's pretty easy to believe that govermental rules are restricting entities from being efficent. That's what the goverment is so good at, stopping progress.

I find it comfortingly ironic that Bush chose to do his defending in the city that calls itself the Home of Custer. It's as if things are wrong in the world, but they're wrong in familiar patterns.
