Okay, here's what me and digitalodyssey decided last night, since picking out names turned out to be a four-hour long affair. (Seriously. That's four hours of my life I'm never getting back, along with some brain cells I killed and my inner child, who was scared off and emotionally scarred by at least seven or eight of the couples on the list. She's currently huddled in a corner in my brain, eating chocolate, rocking back and forth and muttering, "Can't sleep, slash will eat me ...")

We figured that everybody could just pick the couple from the list they'd most like to pair up in a story, since assigning these would just be cruel. (See, you think this sounds simple now. I got Lorne/Jubilee and I consider myself lucky.) Just call it when you pick them so that we don't have two of any of these pairings running around on the internet.

And grab alcohol. Trust me, you'll understand why when you see the list. *user shakes her head and wonders how to get a hyperactive Chinese-American mutant together with a karaoke demon from Pylea ... sheesh ...*



Obviously, we don't expect everyone on the list to get used, but damn it, it's funny and frightening all at once. I'll be keeping the eye-gouging barbecue forks off to the side if anyone needs them. :)

And may I just add, this list is hillarious! God, just reading through it and imagining the pairings is funny as hell. Some, yes, are destined to land me in therapy, and some I can just see so damn easy it's scary. Pyro and Glory? Highly appropriate in some warped way.

And no, sorry, not going for the Giles/Joe offering. While the scenery would be lovely (if you like middle-aged guys, that is...and in the case of these two, I do), it would just be wrong. Wrong on so very, very, very many levels...
