Hmm.

If Bush wins, I will write a 100-word drabble for every member of my friends list who requests one. (It may take a while, though, 'cause there's over seven hundred people on my flist, and there's only so many fandoms I know enough to write in, but still. He wins, and I'll need to write that much fic to pick myself up.)

If Kerry wins, sex for everybody!

Okay, so maybe not. ;) All right, if Kerry wins, I will get a current picture myself online within the week. Hopefully, one that doesn't make me look too much like an ass.

If Bush wins I will plunge into a horrible bitter depression, and eventually either learn to live with it or become so vocal and politically active that I either end up in jail or make that shaved chimp wish I'd never been born.

For the Australian election night, I had popcorn, strawberries, dark chocolate, Coke, and much sarcasm and bitterness. The US election seems too serious for that. Since nothing I can do will alter the outcome, I think I'll wibble.

I will be having either comiseratory drinks or celebratory ones, and it's not even my country's election.

if Bush wins - I'll likely feel my ulcers forming and my wallet will automatically feel lighter.

I'll probably get smashed next Tuesday, 'cause I'll be spending 13+ hours doing election work. One way or another there will be scotch in my future.

I know. It's only seven days away. At this point, I don't even care if Bush wins (okay, yes, GOD, do I) just as long as somebody wins already, and by too much of a margin to contest.

I'm so tempted to take next Wednesday off just to unravel, but I don't think I can now that they've moved me to a new station. *sigh*

I'm definitely getting 'personal time' off my classes on Wednesday. I'll either be wildly celebrating or sitting at my desk with a razor in one hand and a bottle of gin in the other.

I mean, uh, ha ha, totally legal over here, no underage drinkin' going on here, nope nope.

Well, I'm registered as an American Hero with Votergasm, so I'm going to be very busy on the 2nd. It helps that I've already voted, (Early voting, I song thy praises!) so I can skip straight to the sex come Election Night.

If Bush wins, I'm going to remind myself that I live in the Back of Effin' Nowhere, USA, so I should be safe. Then I'm going to hide under the bed for four years anyway. Or at least until

If Kerry wins, I'm going to be on pins and needles until Innaguration, at which point I will finally relax. See, I fully expect Bush to try and declare a national state of emergency and try for martial law, due to unspecified terrorist threats if Kerry wins.

I'm certainly debating getting drunk while watching the returns. Tuesdays are an early-bedtime night for me, generally -- but this could be worth an exception.

Scary thought -- even if Kerry wins (pleasegodpleasegawdpleasegawd) we get LameDuck!Shrub still in office for a few months -- who knows what havok he'll wreak in vengeance?
