Last night at work, I walked in to be greeted with the following:

Jess (Co-Worker 1): "If they kill off their father, I'm never watching the show again!"
Co-Worker 2: "They can't kill him off! He's too hot to get killed off."
Co-Worker 3: "Why would they kill him off? He's the main character!"
Me: *happy sighs from being surrounded by fangirls, even if they're not getting the facts right and I have to bite my tongue to keep from arguing that if we're picking one main character, it's Sam, but WHATEVER*

HEE! And that's why my workplace isn't the worst place in the world to work. :)

Uh, I've written a lot of crap this month. I don't know whether to be happy I was on a roll or depressed I wasn't working on the Books of Boggs instead. ('Cause, really, I wanted to, honestly, but that just wasn't the way my wiring was working this month.)

Where The Wild Things Are (Supernatural/Monsters, Inc., Dean and Boo) -- The Winchesters might want to start checking references from now on before they start whipping out those guns. Okay, how bad is it that I would love to see a grown-up Boo riding with the Winchesters, and giving them hell for shooting monsters that might turn out to be nicer than they think, and basically driving Dean up a wall? Because you know she so would. :)

Man of War (Both Sides Now Remix) (Supernatural/X-Men Movieverse, Sam and Dean) -- Blood tells a story, and sometimes it isn't a pretty one. You know, I can completely understand why Dean having powers in canon wouldn't be right, but that doesn't stop me from wanting it soooooo freaking much.

Keep Me Here, Keep Me There (Supernatural, Sam/Dean) -- Walls keep in as many things as they keep out. Heh. I need to write more smut soon. Smut's fun. :)

This One Time, In a Michelle Pfeiffer Movie ... (Supernatural, Sam/girl!Dean, Dean/girl!Sam) -- A curse leaves the brothers in an unusual situation. *snickers* I wonder if turning a prompt for castration anxiety into smutty genderswap fic makes me an optimist.

Wander This World (Supernatural, John) -- The hunt begins ... *happy sighs* I love John, in all of his fucked-up-ness.

Caught In The Sun (Supernatural, Dean/Sam) -- It's not really what it is until Dean says it is. Oh, my hot horny boys. I just want to lock them both in a motel room with beer, a lot of porn, and a carefully hidden video camera.

Living In Limbo (Supernatural, Sam and Dean) -- Somewhere along the line, they switched it around like changing partners at a dance, and some days Sam doesn't even know how the hell he got here. Because daddy!Dean is hot, y'all.

... And the Horse You Rode In On (Supernatural, Sam/girl!Dean) -- Dean hasn't done anything lately that can't be defined as anything other than a really bad idea, and this is a perfect example. For the record, I'm more of a girl!Sam person (the mental image of a girl!Sam with glasses is so worth a Get Out of Het free card for me ... GUH), but slutty girl!Dean's a hell of a lot of fun to write. Sam could use a little slutty girl!Dean in his life, especially since she mostly seems to be slutty only with him. ;)

Sew Buttons on Ice Cream (See If They Stick) (Supernatural, Dean/girl!Sam) -- Okay, see, now Sam's just doing it on purpose. I just realized I haven't written curse 'verse fic in two weeks. Huh. I really need to do that again. (You know what threw me off for a little bit? I thought DMB jossed the last part of This One Time, In a Michelle Pfeiffer Movie ... until I thought about it and realized, "No, still good, I can work around that." Heh. ;))

Some Sounds You'll Sleep Through (Supernatural, Sam and Dean) -- Sam's first week at college isn't only hard on him. I swear to God, Blaine's based on my first college roommate, except she was a girl and when we weren't living together, she was actually pretty cool. (She'd probably be easier to deal with now, because back then I wasn't going to drink and hated going to parties. *eye roll*)

So Lonesome I Could Die (Supernatural, Dean and Sam) -- Dean goes to a seer to question a new strangeness in his life. I really need to write for a TV show, if only to work on making more of my crack theories into reality.

Everything Feels Like Falling (Supernatural, Dean/Jess) -- There are dreams and there are nightmares, and Dean's living both of them at once. I wonder what it says about me that Dean/Jess gets me about as hot as Sam/Dean smut does.

Keep Your Voice Down, Stupid (Supernatural, Sam/girl!Dean) -- Well, of course Dean as a girl would take something like this as a challenge. Sam and sex and books. Dude, I don't blame girl!Dean at ALL.

This Is How Things Break (The 4400, Shawn/Isabelle) -- Everything about her is a mistake waiting to happen. Ah, the pairing only I love. *giggles*

Blowjobs and Other Cheap Birthday Presents (Supernatural, Dean/Sam) -- It's Sam's eighteenth birthday, and Dean knows exactly what to get him. Dean when he's horny and drunk is way too much fun to write. ;)

As I Lay Me Down To Sleep (Supernatural, Dean) -- Dean gets a visitor as a child. I just want to sweep tiny Dean into a hug at all times. Even the mention of the little bugger makes me want to cuddle him.

Last Rites (Supernatural, Sam/Dean) -- If they get your scent, they have it for life. Yeah, 'cause a prompt like "Vampires mate for life" with those two in the mix wasn't going to egg me on at all. (Plus, it would take the mental image of something like a vamped Sam and Dean to get me to pound out a story in less than two and a half hours.)

Come On Now, Bring It On (Supernatural, Dean/Sam) -- Dean has a slight accident during a hunt. You know, every time I get Dean into an "accident," his hot brother fucks him. You'd think he'd be more grateful.

A Little Fear Upon My Back (Supernatural, Dean/Sam) -- Hey, somebody's got to fight the darkness. There's enough having-kids-and-settling-down fic out there. What there needs to be more of is old-and-still-hunting-together-and-bitching-at-one-another-like-always fic.

How To Save a Life (Supernatural, Sam) -- Four times at college that Sam was a Winchester, whether he liked it or not. Really, I don't believe Sam was the uber-normal person he claimed to be any more than most people. I mean, come on, Sammy.

The Edge of the Ocean (Supernatural, Jess and Mary) -- She doesn't know why the world looks empty of people, why everybody just got up and walked away. There cannot be enough Jess and/or Mary fic in existence for me, especially AU stuff where they know about the hunting or do it alongside the boys. Whatever. Doesn't matter. Well-written Jess and Mary fic is one of my hardcore loves in this fandom, because the writers turned them into these martyrs before we ever actually got to see them DO anthing.

Twenty-one fics. Jesus, I need to get out of the house more often. (I just did the math and that means I've written fifty-one fics this year not including the zombie fic, but you didn't hear that from me.) Then again, May's only a few hours away, so yay!

I'll probably wait to post the zombie fic until tomorrow when I get in from work, because it's still not back from all of the betas yet and while I have a bad habit of posting without 'em with everyday stories, I won't post without more than one beta's approval on ficathon stuff. It's a story for someone else, I'm not about to have it be messy. *smothers down anal-retentive tendencies again*

Oh, and I got recced on [livejournal.com profile] crack_van again. Woohoo! It's the little things that make me giddy beyond comprehension. :)
