Dude, I love this challenge THIS MUCH. Especially when you have to put down which fandoms you can write, because it always terrifies me in an awesome way just which fandoms I can write without even having to bone up on the source material. HEE.

In completely unrelated news, the hell?! Did I miss something, or did Otto really not do anything wrong? I mean, aside from not just bringing the case of lychee back into the store while they were still there, but not in the ALL HIS FAULT sort of way.

It does make it a lot easier to hate Marisa and love Elia now, though. I'll at least agree with TWoP on that count.

If you'll excuse me, I'm off to watch Veronica Mars and make a NaNo icon.

I was ambivalent about Otto's behavior until he wouldn't or couldn't say that he wouldn't have used the free lychee thereby getting unfair advantage. I really wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, but that cinched it for me. I also wish I thought that his bowing out was honorable. I found that it smacked of covering his own ass though so did Marisa's. The right thing would have been to send them both home--Otto for being dishonest and Marisa for being a tattle-tale. Her behavior bothered me even more than Laura's on Project Runway. Are there any grown-ups left in this world? Otto should have taken the lychee back as soon as he noticed it. And Marisa should have called him on it when they were still at the store instead of treating him like she did in front of the judges.
