apocalypsosMy father just called and filled me in on family stuff, which is cool. My brother's been getting better grades lately, which apparently means that the deciding factor in his improved educational development is that I be at least five hundred miles away. Ha ha, Fate, very funny.
He also told me that my cousin Erica is getting married, which makes me grateful I went and bought Smirnoff Ice Triple Black because now I can not only feel depressed, lonely, and unpublished, but I can do it while drunk. Wheeeeee!
Oh, and also, my parents are getting a new kitten. He's Siamese (surprise), and they've already named him George. I'd just like to state for the record that it's both unfair and damaging to my emotional well-being that they specifically waited until after I moved out to get a kitten to love and hug and squeeze and name him George when I can't even be around to make snarky Looney Toons references.
