What the hell did I do to my fucking neck? I was drying my hair after my shower and I get this sharp pain up my neck, and now I can barely move it without it hurting a LOT.

Goddamn it. *whimpers*

Stiff neck. You probably strained a muscle, the latissimus is a good bet. A hot compress should take take of most of the pain and relax the muscle. Also, avoid rolling your head. Stretches the muscle and causes micro-injuries.

i did that to myself a couple of weeks ago putting in my contact lenses. it just froze up all of a sudden. the only thing that helped was one of those icy/hot pain patches. (the generic target one was fine)
