While I agree with the end result of the rant (allow reporters to actually talk to Palin, for cryin' out loud), I disagree with the idea that it has anything to do with sexism. It's not that she's a woman, but rather that she's a religious nutcase who has no clue what's going on in the real world and the Republicans would get slammed if she was allowed to open her mouth on unedited, direct-to-broadcast television.
