This is why I should not be an adult.

My current plan goes a little something like this:
1. Pay the tickets.
2. No asking my mom for my laptop money back just yet, until I see how my birthday pans out.
3. Worry about the rest of my bills later.
Okay, yes, it's fucking childish. I don't really care right now. Quite frankly, it probably works out better this way, because I'm used to worrying about my bills (although it might turn out better than I think, since I get five paychecks in October, so ...), I don't want to sit around worrying about paying off the tickets any longer than I have to so dragging out paying them off bit by bit is a good idea, and I rarely get myself anything for myself more expensive than a new book anymore, so I'm getting a new laptop or else. Hmph.
Of course, this may end with me donating plasma or selling what few DVDs I have left or just resorting to sitting outside my apartment with a big jar that says, "GIVE ME MONEY," like in Empire Records. It's a solid career path, I think. *nods*

Also, I'm getting my grubby little paws on Lost in Austen. I don't even know what it's about, I just know everybody had Paul Gross Arms over it, so I shall be watching it this weekend.
