I'm not surprised. With Jerrell not having finished dresses they're afraid to take the chance of having it on the runway. Then there's the Kenley factor so they're giving themselves an out.

But I must say, everyone refusing to share the tulle made me cackle in a completely unkind way. I was actually bummed when Tim was all, oh, it's fair for you to go back. If it's in the rules, then yeah, it's fair, but we've never seen anyone get to go back before, possibly because no one has managed to forget a key element and then whine about it before.
