I have a shiny new dentist!

apocalypsosSome highlights:
-- When I told him what the other dentist quoted me, he made a face and was like, "Yeah. Not so much." What he quoted me was MUCH less ... pretty much about as much as you guys chipped in, which ... YAY. \o/
-- My mouth's still numb because he had to give me two shots. I was like, "Yeah, I kinda have a high tolerance for drugs. Like, ridiculously high." Heh.
-- I think he maybe thought I was a little nuts, because he was like, "You'll need a root canal," and I was like, "Okay! Whatever! I don't mind pain! Woohoo!" I was a little excited for a dentist who wasn't dicking me over, I think. :)
-- I have to go once a week for the next four weeks, which made him say, "You're going to get really sick of seeing me." I shot back, "Quite frankly, I'm ready to get REALLY sick of seeing a dentist," which made him laugh.
