Spotted on IMDB ...

The Hills star Spencer Pratt has hit out at Mary-kate Olsen - after she joked about his temperamental days on the high school football field on a U.S. TV chatshow.

Olsen laughed about the reality TV star's bad temper when they were classmates while chatting to U.S. talkshow king David Letterman, saying: "He used to play on the soccer team for my high school and he does not have a good temper."

But Pratt was left fuming by the live TV remarks, bitterly telling reporters he knows he has made it in Hollywood now a "famous troll" has commented on him.

And he further lashed out at the 22-year-old actress - insisting he forgives her as she has endured a "tough" life as the less attractive twin - comparing her to her sister Ashley.

"(Mary-Kate) should probably focus more on not getting dressed in the dark than on me. I forgive her, though. She's had to go through life as the less cute twin, which must be tough."

Yeah, that's it, Spencer. Prove her right. Be an even BIGGER douchebag than normal.

For the record, I find this reaction funny, as I have never watched The Hills and wouldn't if you paid me, and most of my vehement hate-on for Spencer comes from the girls at Go Fug Yourself.

A few things

Last night I made a list of scenes I need to write in my novel.

This weekend my plan is:

1. Get something written for at least five of them.
2. Add five thousand words.
3. Straighten out the ending.

If I can manage at least two of those things I'll feel like a million bucks.

I weighed myself at my parents's house when I ran up to get cat food -- which they seem to be out of, damn it, they need to go grocery shopping as much as I do but they don't need to wait a week and a half. The downside is that I'm five pounds heavier than I thought I was. The upside is that I think I've lost a pound or two since I've started, even though I'm really not seeing it yet.

I need to work out today. The most strenuous workout I could do is walk up to my parents's house (seven blocks uphill at a forty-five degree angle -- URGH) and then back down again, which I haven't done in years, but I'm so freaking sore from last night at work I think I'll just settle for a couple of back-and-forths on the lower side streets, which should be a mile or so right there.

Also also also, I'm thinking of watching The Secret Life of the American Teenager. I have no idea why, since it's about as far away from what I usually like as possible.
