My mind didn't go there, if just because Sam/Dean makes me twitch. But that scene will never not be funny and I can so see all the things one could read into it.

Unfortunately I was unable to watch that scene as my embarrassment squick hit hard and I had to skip ahead.

I think my two favorite things about that scene (actually 3) were:
1) the "swinging free" sound effect they made to go with it.
2) the fact that Dean did that and she already knew they weren't really patients.
3) imagining the two of them doing that scene and most likely one of the three of the actors laughing (Jared) a lot and many re-takes. I'm not sure I'd be able to keep a straight face.
