Urgh. Have just spent an hour scribbling down names and cutting up little slips of paper for the Pairing List. I had to cut back on some suggestions -- I only took seven or eight from some fandoms because thirty suggestions from one fandom's just unfair, and I didn't use the real-person suggestions 'cause, well, real people -- and now I hold in my lap a plastic baggie full of terror and fear. Weep, my puppets, for I possess the key to your damnation!

And to guarantee as such, I threw in Goofy, Teddy Ruxpin, and ... er, Grumpy Bear. Also, a few just-as-terrifying alternatives. And to think that idiot Dr. Forrester from evil genius college never thought I'd amount to anything. Hmph.

In other news, remember when you were still in school, and they had some silly contest or whatever, and you voted for yourself? Err, metaquotes ... yeah.

Excuse me now, I have to go type until my fingertips cry.

EDIT: Also, an anecdote, before I head off to 'ship on unholy levels ...

One weekend, my sweet, white-haired grandmother was staying over our house, and the whole family was going to go out to dinner, which we were late for. Grandma, my brother and I were sitting in the living room waiting on my dad (who, let's remember, looks exactly like Homer Simpson) when he came running through the living room in only his tighty-whities.

Mortified, Bryan and I looked over at our grandmother, who smiled and said, "It's okay. I've changed his diapers."

Before I could stop myself, I blurted out, "Well, I haven't!"
