apocalypsosWell, I managed to scrounge up ten bucks, so I'm at least I'm covered until tomorrow. And I called Bossman and made sure that he'd bring me my paycheck today, because as I pointed out to him, I desperately need it.
And I have a sick feeling I know exactly what I'm going to find when I get there. I'm going to be stuck in the same office with Oh-Woe-Is-Me-Ooooo, whose office is almost as festive and exciting as a tomb, who doesn't have a radio, and whose idea of conversation involves bitching "politely" about everyone else. And considering she's the one who's been doing the ADs there, I just know it's going to be a disorganized mess. Plus, the second I say anything, I can just imagine the others staring at me like I have lobsters crawling out of my ears.
At least I'll have Starbucks to make me feel better, starting tomorrow. *sigh* And if Oh-Woe-Is-Me-Ooooo doesn't want to listen to my radio ... well, I could just burn the place to the ground, take my Redline stapler, and go the hell home.
