I love this.
Nov. 5th, 2004 10:20 amStudents at Colo. High School Protest Bush -- My favorite bit is this: "We want them to reassure us that our fears are misguided and that the government is doing everything in its power to prevent our futures from being destroyed," said senior Brian Martens, who wore a hand-lettered T-shirt which said he was the "senior executive of the subcommittee on protesting stuff."
HA! I want to occupy a library, and I want to wear that T-shirt while I'm doing it! :)

Colorado was the only state in the country to hand over controls of its state legislature to the Democrats, and they did it in convincing fashion - in the House, that took winning 9 open seats, including defeating two very conservative Republican incumbents.
We aren't exactly mourning in Colorado these days.
