I desperately need to go home and watch that Jake 2.0 giveaway DVD. No, I have no idea why, aside from the fact that as always, I miss my dead, nanite-injected show. *sigh*
I miss Jake. And Diane. And the nanites. Seriously, if UPN had kept it on the air, they could have had a Jake2.0/Veronica Mars night of programming. And that would have been the best night of tv ever.
It says a lot about what I thought about the show that when I received the card with the DVD in the mail, I let out a squeal, followed immediately by a pained whimper as I raced for a spare DVD case, turned the cover inside out, wrote "Jake 2.0" in big block letters, and carefully put it in there so that it wouldn't get scratched.
*whimper* I need a box set. I have The Greatest American Hero, and no Jake. Okay,, now I'm sad. :(
